The Farm

We grow on a small acreage where the soil gets fed before the crop does. We use quality compost and added minerals that shows up in the flavor and the vigor of what comes out of our soil.

Everything in the farm store is grown by us. We never buy in and resell, so we can stand behind how every bulb was raised and how fresh it is when it reaches you.

Freshly harvested garlic curing after the summer pull

Planting & harvest

Garlic goes in the ground in early fall, sleeps through the winter under mulch, and comes out the following summer. Plant before the first hard frost and you'll pull big, healthy bulbs the next July.
